Part real, part imaginary Julie became fascinated with Mother Clap, a historical figure from 18th Century London, who ran a coffee house or ‘Molly House’. Pilloried for running such an establishment, Julie wanted to celebrate this brave woman with a portrait.

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
Please email me at juliethomasartistry@gmail.com and I will send you a returns address. Please print this email and include it with the artwork when returning the work. We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item.
- The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.
- We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
- Once I have received the artwork, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.
